I am Cynthia Landers PhD, RN. I have over 10 years experience in health care and education. I have a Doctorate in Behavioral Science. I started my practice in 2003 coaching in life style management, business management, and executive management. I streamlined my practice to Health and Wellness six years ago. I had years of health experience that I was utilzing with my clients. I decided that health and wellness is the best program for a Healthy Lifestyle Balance.  

I teach my client's the key to a lifestyle change to health and wellness. I do not teach a fast and hard weight loss plan that will damage your body over time. You will get an expert in health and wellness versus someone that does not understand the medical aspects of a healthy lifestyle balance.  I know the biological and physiological responses for living a healthy life.
